What Are Credits?

Credits are Dreem’s usage currency. Every time you generate content or run an AI-powered action, Dreem deducts credits from your balance. Every action has a clear credit cost shown in the in-app credit table. This makes it easy to understand how many credits you’ll use before generating anything.

Credits Included With Your Plan

Dreem offers several subscription tiers. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance.

Free Plan

  • Comes with a limited monthly credit amount

  • Includes a product cap

  • Top-ups are not available on Free — you must upgrade first

Starter, Team, and Professional Plans

  • Include a larger monthly credit allowance

  • Allow you to purchase top-up credits anytime

  • Credits are shared across your team

  • Prices are locked in for your current plan

Enterprise

  • Fully customized credit packages

  • Credit card or invoicing

  • Dreem can add credits directly to the account when needed

Top-Up Credits (Paid Plans Only)

If you’re on a paid plan (Starter and above), you can buy additional credit packages whenever you need more.

Key facts:

  • Only available on paid plans

  • Shared across your team

  • Follow the same rollover rules as your plan

  • A great option for months with higher creative demand

Top-ups always get used after your monthly included credits.

Credit Rollover Policy

Dreem offers rollover to give you more flexibility:

Plan Type

Rollover

How It Works

Monthly Plans

2 extra months

Monthly credits last up to 3 months total

Annual Plans

12 extra months

Annual credits last up to 24 months total

Top-Ups

Same as your plan

Expire after your plan’s rollover period

Additional notes:

  • Credits follow FIFO (first in, first out) — oldest credits get used first

  • Upgrading or downgrading a plan does not remove credits

  • If you cancel, your remaining credits stay active until their rollover period ends

Where to Track Your Credits

You can view your credit balance at any time:

  1. Open Dreem

  2. Click your avatar at the bottom-left corner of your workspace

  3. Click Settings then Credits to open the Credit Overview

Inside the overview, you’ll see:

  • Remaining monthly credits

  • Remaining top-up credits

  • Expiration dates

  • A breakdown of how credits were used

  • Your billing section, where you can view invoices and update your billing information
